As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and creating a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective strategies.
- Develop and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company needs.
- Maintain employee records and oversee compliance with labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and promote open communication.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support career development.
- Recommend adjustments to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Prepare and present HR reports, including recruitment, turnover, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
